Our aim is to combine Asian tea culture with European wine culture. The goal is to research and enable the cultivation of Camellia sinensis in the Alps – particularly in northern Alpine regions, small valleys, and structurally disadvantaged areas – in order to create sustainable agricultural added value and simultaneously counteract erosion in the Alps.
